Seamus was recommend by a friend and we first met in April 1998 when he came to quote for painting the outside of our big old villa. He got the job! And every painting job since!
It is impossible not to be impressed by Seamus' knowledge of his trade, warmth and enthusiasm. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and each and every job executed to a very high standard, at competitive rates and on time.
Over the years his team of painters has grown and changed although there are still some of the originals....we have liked them all and they have the same work ethic and personable manner that mirrors Seamus'.

The business is led by Managing Director Seamus Armstrong, who brings 30+ years of experience to the team. Seamus trained with Best Painters, completed trade certificates in cabinet making and furniture manufacturing, as well as spray painting with Danske Mobiler. Our Primary focus is on providing our clients with complete peace of mind, from our initial consultation through to the finished product. Absolute Decorators takes pride in our work and presentation.
We are a company that prides itself in the ability to stick to time schedules, quality control at all levels and a hard-working honest Eco-friendly approach to painting and decorating along with up-to-date skills, technology, quality workmanship, friendly and approachable staff. Our staff are required to wear a uniform so as they can be easily identified as Absolute Decorators painters.

About Seamus Armstrong
Seamus Armstrong is the Managing Director of Absolute Decorators and The Painted Door Company.
Seamus has a background in cabinet making and has been in the painting and decorating industry for over 30 years. With a strong customer focus, establishing successful long term client relationships has been his priority since the establishment of Absolute Decorators and The Painted Door Company.
"I have strived over the years to perfect my trade and to employ the best staff possible. After a lot of hard work and training I have put a well skilled, reliable team together.
My employees are long term and have all been vetted with a criminal background check for the safety and confidence of our customers. Most of my staff have been with me on average 6-8+ years.
Our jobs start with a detailed quote ... all access, cleaning, paints and sundries etc. are then scheduled prior to commencement and I will view the project with one of our foremen and all hazards and job details are discussed, any issues are addressed, then the job will commence, and I undertake regular site visits."
